Why We Started
We began this journey after identifying the growing need for well managed and maintained HMOs within the London area which cater for professionals, who choose to house share for convenience and economic reasons. Following this realisation, we decided to equip ourselves with knowledge and expertise in managing HMOs, by partnering with industry-leading HMO experts. Our aim is to work with progressive and caring landlords and investors who are committed to adding long-term value to their assets, as well as providing comfortable homes for their tenants.
Meet the team
Roselyn
Roselyn who has a legal and regulatory background, is our marketing manager and works with our investors, landlords and oversees our accounts. As well as being a real estate enthusiast, Roselyn enjoys watching football and reading.
Terrance
Terrance is our operations manager and works with our tenants and manages our contractors and refurbishments. Aside from property management, Terrance is an avid Arsenal football fan and also enjoys the competitiveness of fantasy football.
Power Team
